Built from real operations

This started as a tool for our own stores.

Braum came out of actually running busy sites — where the training records lived in a folder, the service dates lived on a wall calendar, the stock count lived in a spreadsheet, and half of it lived in someone's head.

Every module here exists because a real store needed it, and it was built while running the shift it was meant to fix. That's the whole product philosophy: if it doesn't survive a busy Saturday, it isn't finished.
