A full privacy policy is being prepared ahead of general availability. In the meantime, here is plainly how we operate.
Your data is yours
Operational records you create in Braum — staff details, training, servicing, counts and reports — belong to your business. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other customers.
Separation between businesses
Every record is scoped to the location that created it. One business can never see another business's data.
Sensitive information
Some modules hold personal information — for example emergency contacts and medical details in the Emergency Register. Treat access to that accordingly, and only add what your team needs in an emergency.
