Why we built it
Built while running the shift it was meant to fix.
Braum began as an internal tool for a group of busy stores. The training records were in a folder, the service dates were on a wall calendar, the stock count was a spreadsheet, and the rest lived in someone's head. Nothing connected, and everything depended on remembering.
So we built the thing we needed, one module at a time, in the stores themselves. That's still how it gets better — real operators, real shifts, real problems.
